Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objective.

Responsibilities

  • Work with third party developers and internal development team to customize platforms to meet the needs of the customer
  • Beta platform site creation
  • Maintain platforms, liaison between platform providers and Events
  • Work with platform providers to incorporate new ideas, technologies, creativity polling, quiz, chat, Q & A, gamification, other conference material
  • Collaborate with events team, development team and outside developers to ensure we are exceeding customer expectations
  • Work with partners and AV providers to expand offering to this audience
  • Create sample materials to be used by Sales, Marketing, Events
  • Promote new designs and ideas to Sales
  • Track revenue generated by this area
  • Develop and lead testing and QA of platforms (multi browser, device)
  • Manage support for virtual platforms
  • Execute logistics for both customer and Sonic Foundry meetings, conferences and other events
  • Hire and manage temporary labor teams
  • Setup and manage hosted customer content
  • Assist with custom services such as event setup, management and presentation editing
  • Manage projects from start to finish, to include budgeting, account management, event logistics and follow up

Experience & Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong understanding of web design, html, CSS, API integration
  • Skilled in graphic creation using photoshop, Microsoft Paint or other technology
  • Experience with tradeshow, conference, or AV industry performing audiovisual services and consulting
  • Basic technical knowledge; enterprise solutions product knowledge, Microsoft Office, experience with Microsoft Excel is necessary
  • Familiarity with basic sales and marketing procedures
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Strong aptitude for working with computers and solving IT related issues
  • Experience with Salesforce or Customer Resource Management tool
  • Strong Customer Service focus
  • 3 to 5 years of project management experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
